In 2021, our founders entrepreneur Karla Morales-Lee and corporate leader Tara Stevens came together with a shared mission: to amplify the voices that have been historically unheard, because those voices hold the ideas that will shape the future of business, society, and beyond.

Karla
The consistency in Karla’s career has been building change-making communities; most notably The Warrior Women Network, the national online peer support network for Lloyds Bank Foundation and as a steering committee members for She Changes Climate. In 2024, Karla was honoured with a Special Recognition Award for "Women Driving Inclusivity, Sustainability, and Responsible Innovation" by the Global Women Inventors and Innovators Award.
Karla has a background in business development, starting out working at some of the world’s top design & innovation agencies before founding a consultancy, national event series and awards programme to teach the agencies how to grow their companies. She is passionate about including voices less heard and has her own podcast amplifying them, as well as advisory roles at VCs focused on inclusive innovation, including Zinc VC and New Animal Ventures.
Tara
Having worked with mostly Fortune 500 companies over 15 years like Disney, Pepsico, Lloyds bank, Four Seasons, AXA and more, Tara has found the two ingredients required for impactful innovation is largely: connections to leaders with the right lived experience to inspire and inform change, and internal cultures that support the inclusive and innovative behaviour required for sustained growth.
She has worked as leader in innovation across agencies, innovation labs and corporate innovation and is passionate about inspiring individuals with game-changing solutions, orientating industries in the right direction for people and planet.
